Core Group is referred to in this Return Policy as "Core Group". Core Group will refund or exchange any online purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt as long as the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided. A 10% handling fee may be charged on opened / used purchases. Courier fees for collections of R80.00 (one-way courier return) or R160 (two-way courier return) may be charged on refunds, returns and exchanges.
Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
Fashion products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. If such variation is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference) within 7 days of you logging the return. We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us for collection. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
DJI ZA shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the DJI ZA bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card transactions will be acquired for DJI ZA via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by DJI ZA separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate's secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
DJI ZA takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and DJI ZA chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
DJI ZA may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

14.2. These competition rules ("rules") explain your rights and duties upon participating in the competition and submitting stories or any other content to the competition or any other social media engagement drive. If you take part in this competition and accept any prize, these rules will apply to you and you agree that the body running the event and competition ("the promoter/s") can assume that you have read and agreed to be legally bound by these rules.
14.3. The competition will only be running on the platform on which it is posted and promoted. All qualification and entry criteria, unless stated otherwise, will be included in the social media post promoting the competition. The post will also include the run dates of the competition plus the date on which the winner(s) will be announced. There is no limit on the number of entries that a participant can make.
14.4. Any inappropriate submissions will be disqualified; this will include submissions containing inappropriate language and any submissions of a derogatory or discriminative nature. Unless stated otherwise, participants who satisfy the qualifying criteria will form part of the pool of entrants from which winner(s) will be randomly selected by Core Group Staff.
14.5. The judges decision is final and the promoters will not enter into any discussions around the final winners. The prize cannot be swopped for anything other than the original prize promoted.
14.6. The winners will be announced through a Instagram post. They will then be expected to send their full names, email and mobile number to DJI ZA via a private message on Instagram so that DJI ZA can get in touch with delivery of their prize.
14.7. All entrants agree to their names and submitted content being used for publicity purposes within reason, and agree that the promotors may use their entry information to place them on DJI ZA database.
14.8. The promotor will treat participant information in total confidence and will not sell, share or rent this information to any other third parties. The promotor may disclose information if required to do so by law or if it is required to protect the safety, rights or property of DJI ZA, our members, customers or the public.
14.9. DJI ZA and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the competition or the acceptance and/or use by you, or your partner (if applicable), of any prize, or by any action taken by us or any of our affiliates in accordance with the terms and conditions.
All discount codes issued by DJI ZA are valid for a period of two weeks to the date of issue. Discount codes issued for online purchases cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
15.1 Discount codes issued for online purchases cannot be used against the purchase of Gift Cards.
15.2 No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first come first serve basis.
15.3 Promo products are limited to 2 per customer per offer or product.
15.4 Discount codes may not be used in conjunction with promotion deals.
15.5 Discount codes are not applicable to products newer than 3 months.
All gift cards issued by DJI ZA are valid for a period of 5 years to the date of issue.
16.1 No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first come first serve basis.
16.2 Vouchers will be emailed to customers within 5 working days of being issued
16.3 If a refund is requested for an order, the gift card value will be deducted from the order value before processing the refund.
